What the Heck are “New Games” Anyway?
Thank you for joining me again…learning a new term today!
You may have been wondering what are New Games?
New Games – are in fact not new at all – they are quite old!
This classic reference work “The New Games Book”

continued as well paved the way for cooperative play in the 60’s.
It fell info my possession and took root in my consciousness way back in my childhood.
And that wonderful book of non-competitive fun captured my fancy because it dared break rules, and teach creative problem solving, which at its best often requires breaking a few rules, and tripping over a few sacred cows…in the name of a higher purpose…peace.
That book inspired me to launch a career in the 90’s based around teaching these games to JCC kids, to Camps kids, to Adult singles, to Families at their Reunions, to Community Groups in parks, to corporate executives on Board Meeting Retreats…you name it! It was very popular and FUN then as it is now.
With the increase of many societal and family ailments such as divorce, violence, and stress-related illnesses, resources that teach more peaceful ways to navigate the human dilemma are NEVER out of style…so I am making a big investment to help this great tradition to continue to bless more and more people of all ages and abilities!
